A pro-life media campaign that recently hit the local airwaves has produced promising results, said Tom Peterson, president of VirtueMedia, which produced the ads. The spots offer support to women who may be considering abortion by putting them in touch with counselors and pro-life medical clinics. The media blitz began airing Dec. 26 on most of the major stations. After only a week of running Peterson said there were 467 total requests for help from women who had seen the ads.
