'I was stunned': Historian documents RCMP wiretapping program OK'd in 1951 and still not acknowledged A Canadian historian has found top secret documents from the dawn of the Cold War that show the federal government secretly approved an RCMP surveillance program to wiretap suspected spies, communist sympathizers and others deemed "disloyal" or "subversive." Dennis Molinaro of Trent University says he was stunned to discover documents that show the cabinet of Prime Minister Louis St-Laurent passed a "secret order" in 1951 to authorize the RCMP surveillance, code-named Picnic. But the actual cabinet edict, which formed the cornerstone of decades of future...

Can Lindsey Graham be recalled? I know it was tried on Scott Walker by the dems but I don't know if it's possible in Lindsey Graham's situation? It seems to me his actions are wreckless and in conflict with the party he is supposedly representing.

I spent an hour in the dentist's chair today. He told me that OSHA field investigators check his office to determine if all of his toxic materials are properly labeled and if his equipment has the proper safety devices. He contracts with a consultant to review his office. Fines for deficiencies have grown exponentially. The regulators and consultants are ultimately paid for by the patient. Some say you can get excellent dental care in Mexico and Central America at 1/3 the cost. These regulatory costs are likely baked into everything we purchase and do.

It's time for congress to demonstrate just how serious they are about electoral integrity. Elections matter and no State should be allowed to undermine the public confidence in it's accuracy. We need to reject any state who fails to meet a shared common standard including Voter Identification and participation in a nationwide database crosscheck to verify if a voter has already cast a ballot. 1. Photo ID : if the party wants your support they should furnish you with a registration card with your photo on it. 2. National Voter Status Database : record includes 3 entries A) Registered :...

I ran into some conversation about Kimberly Guilfoyle from Fox News as a possible candidate for press secretary. She seems competent, but could she manage? I am not that familiar with her. Whoever takes the position needs to be a tough but flexible and the argument ran that Ingraham is too soft for the job, Monica Crowley is to rigid, but that Guilfoyle is intelligent, hard nosed but able to flex. Your thoughts?

As many of you know by now, Monica Petersen died in Haiti on Nov 13th. There is proof that she was investigating, researching, and very critical of the Clinton Foundation, Hillary's brother, and other child trafficking she discovered during her time in Haiti. FAKE NEWS sites reported Monica's death as a suicide. Monica's own mother is now questioning the supposed suicide. Why is the Washington Post not helping her find out the truth? What is WaPo COVERING UP? Monica's funeral from last week - the mother's segment in which she openly says she does not believe the storyline of Monica...

John McCain JOHN MCCAIN Senate votes to elevate Cyber Command in military Senate sends annual defense bill to Obama's desk Trump really can't do much to reduce tensions with Putin's Russia MORE (R-Ariz.) is pledging to break his silence on President-elect Donald Trump next year. "On the first of January, I promise to start answering these stupid, idiotic questions," he told reporters on Tuesday. A conservative is one who rejects, not only Marxism, but also the socialist and Jacobin ideologies which existed before the Marxist ideology came into existence. Marxism, socialism and Jacobinism, are the product of radical egalitarianism. 20th century American conservatives have exaggerated the differences between European conservatives and America's the founding fathers in the 1700s. European conservatism was about defending Monarchy and Aristocracy. America's founding fathers opposed King George III, but that does not mean they were hostile to all Kings. Jefferson was a great admirer of the ancient Persian King, Cyrus the Great, and got some of his ideas on...

This is the link to the PB Post Trump Voter Forum held last night. I was a participant and felt that it was worthy time spent. https://www.facebook.com/palmbeachpost/?fref=ts If the Admin staff can find a way to embed the link into a click-on video (it is currently not yet posted to their YouTube channel) I'd appreciate it. It took about 90 minutes and the discussion was at a pretty good level. Although there was some minor push back at times from the questioners, Rick Christie, the Editorial Page Editor and Howard Goodman, who is a columnist, I felt they tried their...

Whoever President Trump picks as his Secretary of State -- On January 21st, 2017 an official envoy of the United States of the America should touch down in Tehran, Iran scheduled to meet with Iran's President Hassan Rouhani who earlier this week said "Do you think that he [President Trump] can rip up the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal)? Cold Arctic air hitches a ride on a 'roller-coaster' jet stream to bring us a more blustering winter than 2014 With cold, blustering snowstorms battering the West Coast and the Prairies, you might be tempted to say "What global warming?" But climate change may, in fact, be to blame for this oh-so-Canadian winter. "Doesn't global warming mean that we're going to get warmer, shorter winters? Well, in some areas, yes, but it actually could mean we could see colder episodes," Environment Canada senior climatologist David Phillips told CBC News.

Recounts in 4 states have been filed at the last possible moment to deprive Trump of the 270 votes needed. The House of Rep. may decide the election. It will be based on one vote per state. Majorities: 15 for Dems, 33 for Rep. and 2 tied. Slam dunk for Trump. But, what if Hillary had won and Republicans filed for recounts in all states? The house would decide for Trump. The Dems believe they will make Trump look like an illegitimate President, BUT the precedent they set is horrendously dangerous for them since Republican states always outnumber Democrat states....

Start at 8:30. Trump Derangement Syndrome on full display. Man claims to be witness to murder of Joe McKnight and that the shooter pulled Joe out of his car, tossed the former NFL player to the ground, shouted "I voted for Trump!" and fired the deadly shot. Not only did the 'witness' commit a crime in lying, he caused national strife and outrage. Leftists, of course, blamed Trump. Entire thing a lie. Liberalism truly is a mental disease.

Yuletide capitalism is running rampant this year — with the cost of a Christmas tree topping $1,000 in one Manhattan neighborhood. Longtime Greenwich Village tree seller Heather Neville said Sunday that her tallest — and priciest — offering will command an astonishing $77 per foot from any buyer who can’t haul it home. “This 13-foot tree — a beautiful fir — is $750, and with delivery, installation with a stand and tip would be $1,000,” said Neville, who bills herself as the NYC Tree Lady. Neville, 40, broke down the add-ons as $200 for the stand, $25 for delivery and...
