Turkey And Palestine Sign Free Trade Agreement Anadolu Agency: 7/20/2004 ISTANBUL - Turkey and Palestine signed a free trade agreement on Tuesday. The agreement was signed by Turkish State Minister Kursad Tuzmen and Palestinian National Economy Minister Maher Al-Masri.
