On New Year’s Eve, the St. Charles County Missouri police stopped a man for a speeding violation. Subsequent investigation established that although the man presented papers indicating that his name is Noble Yahudah Ben YisraEL and he is a member of the United Nation of YisraEL, his former name is Clarence Holmes and he was wanted under that name for felonious driving with a revoked licenses.
