Six years after he became the only elected U.S. president ever to be impeached, Bill Clinton is now almost "beloved," says Newsweek's Howard Fineman. "Whatever desk he occupies, he will always be center stage," he gushed to MSNBC's Chris Matthews on Wednesday night. "That is the way [Clinton] is."
