A Colorado bill could put doctors, government employees or morticians in jail if they accurately record the sex of deceased people who identified as transgender. The Colorado House is scheduled to hold a hearing on Feb. 25 examining legislation that would make it a crime not to abide by the chosen “gender identity” of deceased individuals on their death certificates.
