<p>ITHACA -- Two women were taken to the Ithaca police station, placed in holding cells and then let go Thursday after attending a picnic -- while shirtless in DeWitt Park.</p>
<p>Ilonka Wloch, 28, and Serenda Lourdes, 25, both of Ithaca, were lunching in the park with friends at noon.</p>
