    Garner, Iowa- The prosecutors in the Henry Rayhons sexual abuse case have filed a motion seeking a change of venue. Rayhons, 78, House District 8 representative, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse for allegedly assaulting his wife, Donna Lou Rayhons, on May 23 while she was a resident of Concord Care Center in Garner. According to the criminal complaint, Rayhons was told by care center staff and his wife's family that she did not have the cognitive ability to give consent to any sexual activity.
