Melania Trump is no longer the First Lady yet Hollywood types can’t stop attacking her and making xenophobic remarks. Joe Biden’s calls for “unity” are falling flat among some of his Tinseltown supporters. It didn’t take long for actors Tim Matheson and Jim Carrey to put their feet in their mouths for continuing to attack former First Lady Melania Trump after she left the White House.

Actor Tim Matheson took a not-so-subtle swipe at former First Lady Melania Trump while praising her successor Dr. Jill Biden in a now-deleted tweet. Following the backlash that took place after members of the National Guard were sent out of the Capitol building and into a cold parking lot, the first lady appeared for a photo op with a group of them while carrying baskets of candy. Actor Tim Matheson took to Twitter and called millions of Americans “terrorists, who are also “openly racist.” The Animal House star launched this banal rant in a Friday screed against President Donald Trump. Matheson, whose credits include Van Wilder: Party Liaison, Fletch, and the left-wing TV series, The West Wing, went on the attack in response to a claim by Obama-appointed “ethicist” Walter Shaub who alleged that President Trump’s new inspector general has taken his position illegally. In response to Shaub’s accusation, Matheson jumped into his rote Hollywood attack on Republicans.
