Bill Cosby hid behind the “America’s Dad” illusion he created to abuse women, said a former Playboy Playmate who claims she was one of his victims. Ahead of a new documentary about the disgraced comedian, Victoria Valentino, one of 60 women to point their fingers at the fallen funnyman, claims Cosby, now 84, drugged and raped her in an apartment in Hollywood Hills in 1969, just weeks after her 6-year-old son had drowned.

Just a general survey. Who considers themselves certainly not against Trump (per se), but not all-in for everything Trump does (per se)?

This has been a hell of a day. It’s bed time but I just want to comment. What I have to comment cannot be covered searching thru a bunch of disparate threads. Maybe I’ll be banned for my opinions, as I’ve been banned on NextDoor and threatened on Facebook by liberals. I’m sure I’ll be pilloried regardless. But I’m used to being pilloried by liberals where I live because conservatives like me are rare. So what the hell. I’m accused of being an evil Repub by liberals and a Dem saboteur by FR conservatives. Can’t win.

Sen. Bob Dole’s casket will lie in state in the US Capitol on Thursday as congressional leaders honor the former Republican presidential candidate and World War II veteran who served in Congress for 36 years. Dole will then have a state funeral on Friday at the Washington National Cathedral, a senior congressional source told The Post on Monday. Dole passed away Sunday at the age of 98. On Saturday, his body will be transported to his home state of Kansas. Dole served four terms in the House and more than four terms in the Senate. He won the Republican nomination...

'If he wanted to run, that's OK with me. I think we'd win by a lot.' Former President Donald Trump continues to say Gov. Ron DeSantis won’t run against him in 2024 and can’t beat him if he does, while reminding voters DeSantis wouldn’t be Governor without Trump’s endorsement. During an interview with South Florida radio host Brian Mudd, Trump offered his latest in a series of statements essentially claiming he made the Governor and DeSantis knows better than to run against him in 2024. “I do think if I run, he won’t,” Trump said. “I know they try and...
  • Trump has more in common with Lincoln than you might think

This summer’s Republican National Convention was full of references to Abraham Lincoln, which is no surprise, given that Donald Trump likes to compare himself to the 16th president. It’s a comparison that aggravates Trump’s critics, who don’t like to see the man they consider the nation’s worst chief executive linked with the man widely regarded as the best. This may make those critics’ heads explode, but there are some fascinating parallels between the two presidents, as well as some contrasts. For starters, they share the same political party. Lincoln was the first Republican president. Trump is the 19th. Both men...
