House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tweeted a happy birthday message to Hall of Fame baseball player Willie Mays for his 90th birthday on Thursday. “Happy 90th Birthday to an all-American icon, Willie Mays. A trailblazing, record-breaking baseball player, civil rights leader, and champion for youth sports and well-being, Willie Mays is a civic legend and national treasure,” Pelosi’s tweet said. After years of being unable to tolerate as much as five minutes in front of a television, watching anyting but news or the financial station, ABC released "The Mole", a reality show that I actually enjoy and look forward to. Predictably, ratings were apparently low and ABC is not sure that they want to bring it back for a third season. If, like me, you would like to see this show come back next year, sign the on-line petition to accomplish this goal.
