Legendary artist Billy Joel gave a nod to Donald Trump at his Madison Square Garden concert in New York on Friday, TIME magazine reported. Joel dedicated his song “The Entertainer” to the presumptive Republican nominee, as he has reportedly done at previous concerts in recent months. Haters were quick to speculate that he was mocking Trump, and Joel did little to clear that up in his email statement to TIME on Saturday. “I’m in the entertainment business. Donald Trump’s campaign has been very entertaining,” Joel told TIME. “Aside from that, who cares about the political opinions of a piano player?”
