Black Box Voting, which has anointed itself watchdog of electronic voting, made a big show of filing lawsuits demanding documents from state elections supervisors. The case filed against LePore appeared slapped together without proofreading. In the middle, the lawsuit says, "Thank you very much, and here's hoping for a smooth and simple canvass which works out perfectly for you. We very, very much appreciate your help with this, and we do realize how stressful this election has been."
