Two Rio Grande Valley natives are facing a series of child abuse charges after being accused of tasing their 9-year-old son, locking him a closet and other crimes. Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Jorge Luis Estrella and Aide Aracely Estrella on child abuse charges late last week. Houston Police said they were preparing murder charges against a man suspected in a serial killing spree that kept Acres Homes on edge for years, KPRC Local 2 reported Monday. A recent attack led police to arrest LaMarques Devon McWilliams, 34, on Aug. 26. He was charged with two counts of rape after an 18-year-old woman told police she was raped in a car.
