    Russia lays down new frigate for Black Sea Fleet The Yantar Shipyard in the Baltic exclave of Kaliningrad will start on Saturday the construction of the first Krivak IV class frigate for Russia's Black Sea Fleet, a Defense Ministry spokesman said. Yantar won a four-year contract on the construction of a total of three frigates for the fleet in October.     An installation test flight of the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile is scheduled to take place this year in the Baltic Sea from a stealth frigate being built for the Indian Navy at Kaliningrad in Russia, A.
