There is another great troop in Iraq that needs our support. These soldiers are the First Battalion - 327th Infantry at FOB McHenry. Take time to send cards, letters and packages!!

Saturday June 24th in Courtyard Square in Santa Rosa, CA brought about 300 people to our local Support The Troops Rally.There were a number of great speakers, many from the Military. Soldiers, Marines and family members with loved ones serving in Iraq and around the world.Colonel Louis "Pete" Peterka gave a very moving talk which I will go into later. Every Wednesday a small but growing energetic group of Rocklin (near Sacramento) residents gather to rally for our President and our brave and courageous military and annoy the heck out of the Bush haters across the street. We get a lot of support from Rocklin residents driving by. The hippies may get a few honks, but we get the enthusiastic ones.
