It isn't likely to be a rosy path for incoming US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, as former CIA director George Tenet is likely to trash her achievements as the country's national security adviser in his memoir. According to the Daily Mail, Tenet is of the categorical view that Rice was responsible for the terrorist strikes on the United States in September 2001, as she did not initiate enough protective steps to prevent those episodes.
