Busloads of sign-carrying college students from around the state will arrive at Raley Field on Monday for a walk to the Capitol where they will protest proposed cuts to higher educaiton. Organizers expect 1,000 students will arrive not only in buses, but also by train and cars for the march across the Tower Bridge and up Capitol Mall to protest the proposed cutbacks to the budgets of the community college, California State University and University of California systems.
