The Mandalay Bay shooter, Stephen Paddock, was apparently a big gambler. Various reports have it that he played the video poker machines. He would sit in front of them for hours, often wagering more than $100 a hand, reports The New York Times The top machines at Mandalay Bay, where Paddock often played, pay out 99.17 percent, or $99.17 for every $100 wagered. You aren't living off your gamblings with that kind of losing payout. Paddock's brother, Eric, seems to think...

More news is coming out this morning on Stephen Paddocks, and it is not as cut and dried as I thought. This is a very complex case, and it seems everyone is reporting different aspects of the worst mass shooting in the history of the United States. Paddocks did not act alone. FBI reports there are many significant leads around the world with many flights taken by more than one person all over the world. Possibly, and this is just my opinion, many of Paddocks gambling trips could have been a cover for arms deals and terrorist connections. Was he...

Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo, an elected official who plans to face voters again next year, has been letting out more interesting tidbits on the investigation into Stephen Paddock than others who have appeared at the press conferences. Yesterday, he mentioned that Paddock had a “secret life†and “that it was only logical to ‘make the assumption’ that Stephen Paddock had ‘some help at some point’ in pulling off Sunday's massacre.†This would seem to open the door to some sort of connection to an international terror group, but if so, evidently there is no evidence on hand, because...

FBI special agent Aaron Rouse said at a press conference Wednesday that the FBI has leads in the investigation of the Las Vegas shooting “all across the United States and all across the world.” Rouse said, in reference to the Las Vegas shooting Sunday, “There’s going to be questions, I’m sure you’re going to have questions about people we’ve been talking to, maybe people outside of the United States. The fundamental trust of the American people and the FBI is based upon our discretion–and how good would that discretion be if we were to provide information that they provided to...

Stephen Paddock had his sights set on Lollapalooza in Chicago and even booked 2 rooms in a hotel that overlooked the massive outdoor venue ... TMZ has learned. Paddock booked one room for August 1, 2017, 2 days before the August 3 kickoff. Paddock then booked a second room for an August 3 arrival. Both rooms had an August 6 checkout .. that's when Lollapalooza ended. The hotel directly overlooked the main stage as well as several adjoining stages. It also overlooks the main entrance and exit where thousands of people file through. And the hotel had a bird's-eye view...

Las Vegas officials held a press conference Wednesday revealing more information and insight into the deadliest shooting in U.S. history. They believe the shooter, Stephen Paddock intended to escape the hotel room he was shooting from following the massacre and are actively looking for accomplices. A Texas firearms dealer who had sold handguns to Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock in 2010 and 2011 remembers him coming into the shop last year with girlfriend Marilou Danley. Paul Peddle, who owns B & S Guns in Garland, Texas, said Wednesday that Paddock didn't buy anything on the most recent visit but asked...

Las Vegas Strip mass murderer Stephen Paddock used his Mandalay Bay hotel room to spray massive aviation fuel tanks with bullets Sunday night, a knowledgeable source told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The bullets left holes, but did not penetrate the two circular white tanks, sparing the nearby Route 91 Harvest country music festival from a potentially massive explosion, the source said Wednesday. The tanks are roughly 1,100 feet from the concert site, where Paddock killed 58 people and wounded almost 500.

How much lethal firepower should citizens be allowed to possess? On October 1, there were 16,000 American soldiers serving in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. But it was Las Vegas that most resembled a war zone and represented the biggest danger to American lives that day. From the punched-out windows of his 32nd-floor suite at the Mandalay Bay hotel, Stephen Paddock rained down an appalling level of destruction on a country-music concert below. Using an enormous cache of guns, in less than 12 minutes he single-handedly massacred 58 people and injured 527 more. It was a deadlier day than American soldiers...

STEPHEN Paddock could have spent more than 20 years plotting his devastating attack on innocent people in Las Vegas, police have revealed. Officials also believe Paddock may not have acted alone. Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said: “At face value he had to have some help at some point and we want to ensure that that’s the answer “Maybe he was a superhuman who figured this out all on his own but it would be hard for me to believe that.” Police confirmed the shooter “meticulously” planned his strike on the Route 91 Harvest Festival from his vantage points in the Mandalay...

Imagine there has been a horrible case of child abuse in your neighborhood. A large family with 10 children had parents who brutally beat their kids, and two died. In reacting to that horrendous news, there’s a knock at your door. It’s your mayor and police chief. “I understand you have two children in this house. Is that correct?” the mayor asks. “Yes, that’s true. Why?” you reply. “We’re going to need to see them, to inspect them to make sure they haven’t been subjected to abuse by you,” the chief says. “Wait, what? You’re not going to inspect my...

Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock has been described as a brilliant man who had an intimate knowledge of the second amendment and a room dedicated to his guns, according to a friend. The Australian man, who wanted to remain anonymous, had multiple encounters with Paddock between 2013 and 2015 after he started dating his girlfriend's sister. snip As investigators reconstruct the life and recent activities of Paddock in a bid to work out a motive, details keep emerging that suggest the gunman's mental health had deteriorated on the months prior to the massacre. Paddock had reportedly experienced significant weight loss...

Democrat Tim Kaine, who -- and people forget this -- is a member of the United States Senate who ran on Hillary Clinton's ticket last in fall's election (look it up!), weighed in on the gun control debate that is raging the aftermath of Sunday night's horrific mass shooting in Las Vegas. Â In a very special attempt to link his opposition to a Republican proposal to ease federal restrictions on gun suppressors to the massacre, Kaine explained how he believes local authorities were able to put an end to the shooter's reign of terror. Â Just so we're clear, this person...

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) claims the attacker who opened fire on Las Vegas concert goers was only stopped “because he didn’t have a silencer on his weapon.” According to the Washington Post, Kaine asked, “Can you imagine what this would have been if he had silencers on those weapons?” His use of the word “silencer” is an echo of other leftists like Rosanne Cash and Gabby Giffords, both of whom use the word “silencer” to describe suppressors.

Much like the San Bernardino attack revealed a manipulative scheme for green-card marriages, so too is the Mandalay Bay Massacre revealing the use of multiple identities within the associations of the killer. Marilou Who? Oh, and if Marilou Danley she reads these reports before getting on board her flight back from Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, Australia and/or wherever the heck she really is… well, she likely ain’t coming back. Just saying. (Via NewsWeek) Marilou Danley, the live-in girlfriend of Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock, and now a “person of interest” in the shooting investigation, is a Philippines native who has...

Discredited gun researcher John Lott attacked strong firearms regulations in a FoxNews.com op-ed with a dishonest comparison between the United States and Europe relating to gun laws and public massacres. Following a mass shooting sniper attack on a Las Vegas country music concert that left 59 dead and more than 500 people wounded, Lott -- a go-to source for conservative misinformation about gun violence following high-profile shootings -- published an opinion piece at FoxNews.com comparing machine gun attacks in Europe versus the United States

President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump visited Las Vegas on Wednesday after a deadly shooting killed 59 people at a country music concert and wounded hundreds more. The Trumps traveled by motorcade to the University Medical Center to visit with victims of the shooting, their families, and medical professionals helping them recover. “We met patients that were absolutely terribly wounded and the doctors, the nurses, all of the people of the hospital have done a job that’s indescribable,” Trump said.

"The deadliest mass shooting in modern American history." That was the summary of the horrific end to the country music festival on the Las Vegas strip, with 59 people killed (as we file this) and more than 500 injured. The early network reports were all news, but everyone knew what would follow immediately: an avalanche of liberal anger that gun control wasn't installed to prevent this from happening. The spirit of the "fact-finding" and "objective" media elite was characterized in a tweet from Cal Perry, a global editor for digital content at NBC News. "Been a journo for a while...
