Representatives from the trans community across the nation are reporting record levels of feeling "extremely unsafe" due to the knowledge that somewhere out there, a hockey player might not be wearing a pride jersey. "In order for us to feel safe, it's essential that every person on earth agree with our opinions and openly celebrate them in public at all times," said Trans Community Safety Liaison Bertha Glamqueen. "The knowledge that even one hockey player somewhere in the world is maybe not fully endorsing our beliefs is literal genocide." The distressing news comes after player Ivan Provorov refused to wear...

Nothing says ‘we respect women’ like elbowing them out of their own awards to laud a man who makes a mockery of womanhood. After naming Richard/Rachel Levine, a man who parades around in ladyface, as one of its 2022 “Women of the Year,” USA Today is back to remind us that it doesn’t know — or doesn’t care — what a woman is. Earlier this week, the outlet released its list of 2023 honorees, and the name getting the most attention is that of Minnesota state Rep. Leigh Finke, a pink-haired man who dresses like a woman and has been...

couple of National Hockey League players have refused to be bullied into wearing pride jerseys during pregame warmups and much of the response has been madness – and worse. It’s another sign that Western culture is in a steep decline. In 1980’s “The Sweater,” an animated short that gets its title from the traditional term for a hockey jersey in Canada, a boy in Quebec accidentally receives a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey rather than the Montreal Canadiens No. 9 Maurice Richard jersey that his mother had ordered, and the jersey all his friends wear. As a Quebecois, he is humiliated...

Ron DeSantis seems to be having a great time in his second term as governor of Florida. While the rest of us wait to hear if he’ll be running for president in 2024, DeSantis is racking up the wins and making Joe Biden look more foolish every day.Take the issue of tennis star Novak Djokovic, for instance. The Serbian has been making headlines for the past few years, not because of his prowess on the tennis court, but because of his steadfast refusal to get the COVID vaccine. This has adversely affected his career, with various countries refusing to let...

The team has since announced the news. Carr will get $70 million effectively fully guaranteed with $60 million due at signing and another $10 million in Year 3 vesting after Year 1, per Rapoport and Garafolo. Sport defines the Cultural Heart Of Australia. In the Federal Election last year, a highlight for me was seeing Becky Spelman, one of the most powerful anti-corruption conservative voices in that campaign, have fun getting catching practice with a mostly Labrador dog named Driver. In the state election in November Becky stepped back from being a lead candidate and moved her allegiance to the Freedom Party of Morgan C Jonas. She was Morgan's running mate in that election. Most of her previous voters followed her. God Bless Sport and all other healthy forms of competition. In God And Freedom We...

Matt Pobereyko was a baseball pitcher and a prospect in the New York Mets minor league system, who then began playing ball in Mexico in the Mexican Pacific Winter League. He died on Friday of a heart attack while in his Chicago-area apartment. His brother, Daniel Pobereyko, confirmed his passing in a statement to NBC News: “He just dropped, and that’s all we know,. We don’t know. There’s nothing outstanding on the autopsy. But from what I understand, he would have gotten a clean bill of health if he had a pulse.” Continuing, Daniel said “For what we know now,...

MONTEREY — The sudden death of Monterey Peninsula College defensive line coach Ofa Hautau has left a void and a deep wound in the football family and coaching fraternity in the county. The one-time Pacific Grove High and MPC football standout died in his sleep at his home on his 30th birthday Friday, leaving the Lobos athletic department in complete shock. “This one hit us pretty hard,” MPC track and field coach Nick Cunningham said. “It still doesn’t seem real. It’s like no way. I just saw him Thursday. He was very a motivating and supportive individual. He made you...

A Belgian soccer player suddenly died on Saturday after collapsing on the pitch just moments after defending a penalty kick. Arne Espeel — a goalkeeper for Winkel Sport B, which compete's in Belgium's second provincial division — successfully defended his goal against a penalty kick while playing Westrozebeke. Many people have commented on Philadelphia Eagles Coach Nick Sirianni, who broke down in tears during the playing of “The Star-Spangled Banner” before Sunday’s Super Bowl. Some interpreted Sirianni’s tears as evidence of his heartfelt patriotism, whereas I know what he was really crying about:NO MORE FOOTBALL UNTIL SEPTEMBER!Once the Super Bowl is over, we have to wait nearly seven months before there’s another football game, and even then, the early games are usually lame, especially in college football. Alabama kicks off its season Sept. 2 against Middle Tennessee State University, which isn’t a real team. They don’t finalize the NFL...

What the hell? While everybody was focused on Super Bowl Weekend (and understandably so), there was a ton of college basketball that was going on, but there was one game in particular that stood out — and for all of the wrong reasons. During a Feb. 11 SWAC conference game between Alabama A&M and Mississippi Valley State, a MVSU cheerleader was ejected after walking on the court after a play and shoving a player, and before that incident, she attempted to kick an A&M player. With around three minutes left in the game, the cheerleader did a “routine” that would...

Black students circulated list of slurs against white people A document reportedly linked to black students at numerous universities refers to white people as “maggots,” “vermin” and “roaches.” Altogether the document contains hundreds of derogatory names for white people, with some listed as a “favorite.” One of the listed favorites was “decomposing form of humanity.” Other names referred to white people as “pigs” and “rats.” Auburn University student Jaden Heard, who is not in the campus Black Student Union, provided the document to Turning Point USA on behalf of a member of the group. TPUSA first reported the story on...

It should have been remembered as one of the greatest Super Bowls ever, as both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs came out hot and scored touchdowns on their first drives. Then Philadelphia dominated for a stretch, only to be confronted by a furious second-half comeback by KC and quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
