A Republican state party official in Georgia appeared to agree with the host of a white nationalist TV show who said Jews run the government, responding, “They’re controlling everything.” Kandiss Taylor, who chairs the Republican Party in her southeast Georgia congressional district, appeared on a mid-February episode of “The Stew Peters Show,” whose namesake host lives in Florida and has a history of promoting antisemitic rhetoric and Holocaust denial. Peters and Taylor discussed the arrest of a man accused of vandalizing a rainbow crosswalk mural in south Florida honoring the LGBTQ+ community. In the episode, which the liberal media watchdog...

In the curious world of politics, alliances can be as surprising as they are concerning. Take, for instance, the case of Robert Weinroth, currently vying for a seat in the United States Congress in Florida’s 23rd District. What makes Weinroth’s candidacy particularly eyebrow-raising is not just his abrupt switch from Democrat to Republican but also his troubling associations, including cozying up to individuals with ties to terrorism and bigotry against Jews. Weinroth’s political journey is rife with contradictions. A long-time Democrat, Weinroth is oddly running in the Republican Primary to replace one-term Democrat Jared Moskowitz, whom Weinroth enthusiastically endorsed in...

Democrats and supporters of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis criticized former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley on Wednesday after she refused to name slavery as the primary cause of the Civil War. Haley, 51, made the apparent gaffe during a town hall event in Berlin, NH, after a voter asked the former United Nations ambassador to identify the cause of the deadliest war in American history. The White House hopeful appeared caught off guard by the question and failed to mention the antebellum South’s “peculiar institution” in her response. “I think the cause of the Civil War was basically how government...

Here is my question. Was the North intending to end slavery to make growing cotton in the South untenable for the plantation owners in order to bankrupt them so that the Northern Textile barons could take over the land? I know the South seceded because the North was trying to end slavery, which would have raised the cost of growing cotton because the plantation would now have to pay wages, instead of trading labour for bodily needs. This likely was not an affordable option for the landowners, because the North was not going to pay a penny more for cotton...

Nine years ago leftists torched and looted dozens of businesses in Ferguson, Missouri after local teen Mike Brown bum-rushed and beat a cop and was shot dead. Then months later leftists burned down the business district again after the police officer was found not guilty in Brown’s death.Barack Obama sent more representatives to Mike Brown’s funeral than to the funeral in Dallas, Texas, when five police officers were shot dead during a Mike Brown riot. The left lied for months about Mike Brown being a “gentle giant” who was a peace-loving individual who was starting school in a few weeks. Then photos...

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said this weekend that he will introduce a resolution to rename the Senate's Russell Office Building for Sen. John McCain, who died on Saturday at his home in Arizona. McCain died 13 months after he was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a form of brain cancer. Schumer, D-New York, praised his colleague as an American patriot and said he would introduce the resolution “so that generations remember him." "As you go through life, you meet few truly great people," Schumer said in a statement. "John McCain was one of them. His dedication to his country and the...

In an interview on Monday, former President Jimmy Carter spoke of a resurgence of open racism, saying, “I don’t feel good, except for one thing: I think the country has been reawakened the last two or three years to the fact that we haven’t resolved the race issue adequately.” Carter laid the racism at the feet of the Republican Party, saying that criticism of President Obama had “a heavy racial overtone” and that Donald Trump had “tapped a waiting reservoir there of inherent racism.” It seems as if the peanut president is simply saddened by the fact that Obama’s policies...
