When social conservatives told libertarians (of which I am one!) and liberals about their fears that legalization of marijuana would cause a domino effect, they were blasted for supposedly using a 'slippery slope' argument. 'Stop nagging,' we told those conservatives, 'it won't be that bad! It's just that people who use marijuana right now won't be punished for it. Won't that be a considerable improvement?' Well, perhaps not so much: Newport Cigarettes, one of the world’s most popular cigarette brands, announced today that they will join the marijuana legalization trend and start producing marijuana cigarettes. Reynolds American Inc. Chief Marketing...

It is difficult to find motive in the insane ravings of a madman like Kevin James Loibl. But it has become increasingly apparent to police from an examination of Loibl's cell phone and computer records, that singer Christina Grimmie was murdered because of her outspoken Christian faith.

Once again Donald Trump is frazzling the custodians of civil discourse....... But dismissing JFK’s assassination as a trivial subject is one mistake that Donald Trump does not make. His gambit is an old story in American culture. With his intuitive media personality, Trump is drawn, moth-like, to an eternal flame of American culture: the JFK story......... The issue facing the next president–and those who will vote for him or her– is not “Who killed JFK?” The issue in 2016 is “Who will kill JFK secrecy?” The Law::::::Within a year of taking the oath of office President Trump (or President Clinton)...

Posted Apr 14, 2016 by Martin Armstrong Proof that Ted Cruz is very much disliked among Republicans was demonstrated over the Planned Parenthood issue. Cruz is being ignored in Congress. On Monday night, Republicans ignored Cruz’s attempt to disrupt Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s efforts to fund the government without attacking Planned Parenthood. This incident demonstrates that Cruz would not have the support of his party if president. It was highly unusual, but the Republicans denied him a “sufficient second” that would have allowed him a roll call vote. Then, Cruz’s Republican colleagues loudly responded “no” when Cruz sought a voice vote. Twice, the...

It is a well-known fact that the corporate world is powered by high-end coffees. With pithy corporate executives forced to work early morning hours to keep their companies competitive, they must find a good source of status-quot coffee to start their day and show they are in charge. Powerful liberals understand this fact and have thus encouraged young lesbians to start ‘exciting careers’ in the barista industry. By working at local Starbucks nationwide, lesbians have...

If I was asked to introduce Donald Trump, after I had had a child lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance and asked all the veterans to stand for a round of applause, this is what I would say: Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud of you. I am proud of you for working jobs and paying taxes and raising families. I am proud of your love of this country, and proud of the fact that you are willing to stand up and be heard. I'm proud of you for supporting Donald J. Trump as he takes a baseball bat...

SOMEBODY HAD TO SAY IT If you listen to the politicians and the media pundits, you'll hear clever sounding rationales supporting their particular position on a variety of topics. They'll talk around and tip toe right up next to the issue, but will never bring the defining issue of our time as a nation clearly into focus. Why, because they're afraid. They're afraid because of the firestorm such straight forward talk would generate. Among all the voices, consider this: The issue that is continuing to divide our country is not a racial one, though many have relentlessly played that card....

Some (a couple actually) have been questioning credibility as to the photos due to leaves on trees. All the photos are Bikers for Trump…the trees have not voiced who they are there for, but some do have leaves, some do not, and many are ever green. As you can see the grass isn’t very green in spots. But, here are more photos with leaves on trees that say they are for Trump and the event is in Janesville, Wisconsin. All the photos used in the article and now added, were tagged originally as “Bikers for Trump, Janesville…or Wisconsin”. It is...

A super PAC that launched a smear ad on Melania Trump in Utah has been linked to former GOP presidential candidate and Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.According to Breitbart, the Make America Awesome PAC, which ran the smear ad in Utah about Melania’s nude modeling, is run by political consultant Liz Mair.Unfortunately, Mair isn’t that bright. Sundance at The Conservative Tree House has written posts commenting on Ted Cruz's proselytizing as an electoral campaign strategy. Freepers have seen at least a couple of examples of this strategy recently, with threads being posted about Cruz calling on supporters to "don the full armor of God" to resist "incoming attacks" (presumably from dark forces!), or that the "Body of Christ" must be energized to gain the victory. This type of rhetoric is also heavily prominent in his campaign fund raising. One of the more epic and cringe inducing examples comes from an apparent leak by the Cruz campaign...

The liberal left has notoriously attacked the saying “Merry Christmas†during the holidays and has fought to keep the saying out of public places, ostensibly so as not to offend atheists, Muslims and other non-Christians. With the holiday season just around the corner, there will undoubtedly be more liberal attacks against Christians, and more retailers saying “Happy Holidays†instead of “Merry Christmas.†The sacredness of Christmas will be further assaulted, but one political candidate, in particular, won’t give in to the left’s anti-Christmas campaign. Donald Trump, Republican presidential candidate, slammed the liberals’ “politically correct†agenda to dismantle the true meaning...
