Bernie Marcus, co-founder of Home Depot, says Wednesday’s shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, officers, and others at a congressional baseball practice makes him “so worried about the life of the President of the United States.” In an interview on the Fox Business Network Wednesday, Marcus said “I wish that the president would sit down with the leadership of the Democratic Party and say guys, let’s cut it out. Let’s get together and let’s start working together and accomplish what has to be accomplished.” James T. Hodgkinson of Illinois fired dozens of rounds at some 45 Republican members of...

James T. Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old man from Illinois, walked onto a baseball diamond Wednesday in Northern Virginia and shot House Majority Whip Steve Scalise. Four others, including a congressional staffer, a lobbyist, and two members of the Capitol Police, were also wounded in the attack. Six years ago, Jared Lee Loughner, a 22-year-old man from Arizona, opened fire outside a grocery store, seriously injuring Democratic Congress member Gabrielle Giffords and killing six others. Since then we’ve witnessed a host of terror attacks and mass shootings — in San Bernardino, in Colorado Springs, in Charleston, in Chattanooga, in Santa Barbara, in...

I’m old enough to remember when being a journalist meant being committed to seeking out the truth and sharing it with your fellow citizens. But journalists today are more interested in pushing the gun control agenda than reporting facts. In their rush to identify the firearms used in the Alexandria, VA shooting of Republican congressmen practicing on a YMCA baseball field, they showed their stupidity… and it’s pretty impressive. Let’s see how many terms and or names they came up with, shall we?

A conservative pundit and former Republican leader says there's no doubt that Wednesday's shooting at an Alexandria, Virginia, baseball field was politically motivated. Several Republican lawmakers were practicing early Wednesday morning for the annual charity baseball game between them and House Democrats when the shooting occurred. Wounded in the attack were House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-Louisiana) and several others. At press time, Scalise was in critical condition following surgery. The shooter, who has since died from gun battle with police, has been identified as James T. Hodgkinson. His Facebook page featured a photo of Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders...

When Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was shot in Arizona in 2011, the media knew exactly what to blame: hateful right-wing rhetoric. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=7oSLR3bW4vI

President Trump said Thursday that House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) is "in some trouble" following the shooting Wednesday at a GOP congressional baseball practice in Virginia. "It's been much more difficult than people even thought at the time," Trump said Thursday at the start of a White House event on apprenticeship. "He's in some trouble, but he's a great fighter and he's going to be OK, we hope." Trump visited Scalise and his family Wednesday at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., and "reassured them that the entire country is pulling for them, praying for them and that...

The media would have exploded, immediately declaring it was Trump's rhetoric, his talk of violence and division that was the driving force behind the shooter and others like him. The big media attacks on Trump would go on for weeks if not the duration of Trump's presidency.

Which congressman will introduce a bill to stop the violence by requiring background checks and psychological screening before people are authorized to watch MSNBC's Rachel Maddow? We don't want to take away your 1st Amendment rights, but just allow for sensible regulation. If we can save one more life by screening out the potential crazies, isn't it worth it? How much 'media violence' could be stopped by sensible regulation? Rep Scalise should be starting a super PAC called Americans for Responsible Media Solutions (ARMS) to advocate for left wing media control. We can make American communities safer while still protecting...

Just left hospital. Rep. Steve Scalise, one of the truly great people, is in very tough shape - but he is a real fighter. Pray for Steve!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 15, 2017

US president Donald Trump has visited critically-ill party whip Steve Scalise, who was shot by a rifle-wielding attacker as he practised for a charity baseball game. Mr Trump spoke to the House of Representatives majority whip's family during a visit to MedStar Washington Hospital Centre on Wednesday evening. The president and his wife Melania spent about half an hour at the hospital, where White House press secretary Sean Spicer described the scene in the intensive care unit as "emotional". Mr Spicer said the president was also briefed by Mr Scalise's medical team, met Capitol Police officer Crystal Griner, who was...

The explosion of violence against conservatives across the country is being intentionally ginned up by Democrats, reporters, TV hosts, late-night comedians and celebrities, who compete with one another to come up with the most vile epithets for Trump and his supporters. They go right up to the line, trying not to cross it, by, for example, vamping with a realistic photo of a decapitated Trump or calling the president a "piece of s---" while hosting a show on CNN. The media are orchestrating a bloodless coup, but they're perfectly content to have their low-IQ shock troops pursue a bloody coup....

After Congresswoman Gabby Giffords was shot, the Navy named an Independence-class littoral combat ship after her. I wonder if they will do the same for Congressman Steve Scalise? Fair is fair

REPUBLICAN LEGISLATORS TARGETED BY MADMAN Bill spent much of Thursday's No Spin News analyzing the terrible shooting incident in Virginia, where a left-wing loon named James Hodgkinson took aim at Republican members of Congress as they practiced for their annual charity baseball game against their Democratic counterparts. Among the injured is Majority Whip Steve Scalise, the third-ranking Republican in the House, who in critical condition after being shot. There was only one fatality Thursday morning, and that was the 66-year-old shooter, who was killed by heroic and fast-acting Capitol Police. "This was a bad day," Bill lamented, "and I predicted...

Just heard Tucker Carlson say Scalise remains in "grave" condition. If true, this sounds worse than critical condition.

A GOP lawmaker said Wednesday that the alleged gunman in a shooting at a congressional baseball practice that wounded five asked whether “Republicans or Democrats” were on the field shortly before the attack in Virginia. Rep. Ron DeSantis, (R-Fla.), told CNBC that a man came up to him and Rep. Jeff Duncan, (R-S.C.), at the practice and asked if the players on the field were Republicans or Democrats. “We both agreed that that individual who came up to us and asked if it was Republicans or Democrats ... is the same individual police have identified," DeSantis said. "That picture is...
