Rick Santorum went home to do his income taxes on his home computer. Did he ever release them? Seriously, Santorum has been given passes by the media and the other candidates and the public. He seems like his accomplishments are weak and his grasp of issues are couched in 1990's rhetoric. He needs to release his taxes and he needs to communicate and explain in detail his economic plans for America. Agree?

Rick Santorum backed Arlen Specter over Pat Toomey in 2004. It was a tough race with Toomey mounting a credible, well-financed challenge. U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) called yesterday Democratic candidate Bob Casey Jr. a "thug." Santorum accused Ed Vecchio, the husband of the Penn Hills Democratic Party chairwoman Erin Vecchio, a Casey operative, noting that he trespassed on his property and looked into his windows. The incumbent also blasted the Casey campaign of "writing press releases in support of that kind of activity." Santorum said on WILK-AM's Sue Henry Show said that Casey should start acting like a candidate instead of a thug. Casey fired back, calling Santorum's charges "false and malicious," describing Santorum's actions as "weirdness."
