Tulsa man is in the Tulsa County jail, accused of crimes that have shocked even some law enforcement officials. 43-year-old Terry Wayne Bennett is charged with 3 counts of first degree rape, 11 counts of lewd acts against a child under 16, and 6 counts of cruelty to animals.
