Scott Walker seems fixated on Marco Rubio. Wednesday on CNN, the Wisconsin governor *again* suggested Rubio should be his running mate. Walker couched it in terms that his supporters keep on bringing up Rubio’s name. But Walker has done it enough times to suggest it’s something else. The first mention came in March when a Republican leader in Iowa said Walker to hold him, “if he were the nominee … Rubio would make a terrific running mate." Now comes the gauzy CNN piece, an interview conducted by Republican pundit S.E. Cupp, who asked about the senators in the GOP primary....
