Open Letter to the Arkansas Legislature Re: House Bill 2518Rep. John Lewellen has decided to attack the homeschoolers who regularly outshine the publicly schooled children. Instead of trying to figure out a way to raise the level of academic excellence in the public schools, he wants to impose even more rules and regs on the ones who are consistently outperforming the students in the government public schools.
