Maryland police are searching for a lone suspect after three men were stabbed during a mass attack Tuesday inside a McDonald’s restaurant. The stabbing incident was reported around 6:45 a.m. in the 8400 block of Colesville Road in downtown Silver Spring, FOX5 DC reported. The three victims suffered what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries, the station reported as per Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).

A Georgia woman has been charged with murder for allegedly killing an elderly married couple at a Florida senior living community on New Year’s Eve. Vickie Williams, 50, appeared in court remotely Saturday and was ordered held in the Lake County Jail without bond for the killings of Darryl Getman, 83, and his 80-year-old wife, Shannon Getman in the Watertown Village retirement community in Mount Dora, reported the station KBTX. A Dollar General store clerk in Monroe, Louisiana, shot and killed an alleged armed robber Monday and was subsequently charged with manslaughter. FOX News reported Monday’s robbery made six times the store had been targeted since August. The News Star noted clerk Rafus Anderson shot the alleged robber Monday, and police found the suspect collapsed and “lying on the money he had taken from the store.” Anderson told police he feared for his life and shot at the suspect but was not sure he hit him “because he continued to run.”

I'm currently going through web-based classes to be licensed as a pharmacy technician, and under the section educating me on all of the immunizations offered by our pharmacy, the COVID shots are listed. Comirnaty is one of them, but last I knew, the CDC said that none of the vials out for delivery were actually labeled, "Comirnaty." Does anyone have updated information on this? Peloton reached a settlement with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission Thursday over its defective treadmills that caused injuries and the company’s failure to report the concerns to the commission. Peloton recalled all of its treadmills in 2021 after the death of a child and dozens of other injuries occurred while using the product. In the commission’s press release published Thursday, it announced that Peloton agreed to pay a $19 million civil penalty because the company “knowingly failed” to report that its Tread+ treadmill had a “substantial” hazard that could serious injury to the consumer. Police in New York City are looking for a man wanted in connection with the attack on an 85-year-old woman. The incident happened on 35th Avenue the evening of December 9 as the woman, who used a walker, was making her way through a parking garage, Fox 5 reported Thursday. Authorities say the suspect, 32-year-old Sidiky Gassama, came up behind her and shoved her onto the floor before removing her purse.

The security snafu took down some of Rackspace's hosted Microsoft Exchange services on Friday afternoon [12/02/2022].
