A Russian colonel has claimed Wagner mercenaries are raping, kidnapping and torturing Vladimir Putin's soldiers. Lieutenant colonel Roman Venevitin, who was captured near the embattled Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, claimed he was tortured by Wagner mercenaries, despite being on the same side of Russia's war.
