In a discussion with a Persian Muslim women two decades ago I mentioned "moderate Islam". Her loud response was that there is no "moderate Islam", there is only Islam.

Go figure.

In short, it doesn’t. At least not all of it. Bureaucrats end up living well, however, with their multi-million dollar pension plans to paper all of it over. :)

This is a fake Nobel Prize having nothing to do with Alfred Nobel. Economists are really politicians in disguise, with all the sliminess, but none of the likability. They falsely use the word "science" to add a bit of respectability to the profession, however it is an embarrassing art that gets almost everything wrong 90% of the time. It can never be a science, or anything close to it. Big government uses economists to push more and bigger government at every opportunity. Like man-caused climate change, it's all a big lie by leftists to take more of your money and crap more on your standard of living.

We took a vacation to the UK back in August, you can really see the clash of cultures there. The locals call east London “little Bangladesh”, the entire area is trashed out with lots of graffiti. The rest of London by comparison, is pretty nice.
