Been saying it for years, women don’t belong in the front lines of law enforcement or the military. The public would be shocked if they ever saw the amount of times woman cops have been disarmed by bad guys.

I actually give Laverne and Shirley credit for not giving squirmy boy a taser or worse. Female cops feel forced to escalate MUCH more easily than their male counterparts.

It presents an idea about plastics I had not considered.
The push to recycle was on the idea that it takes a long time for plastics to break down in the landfill (about 500 years). And it is true that in the landfill as they break down they will slowly add microplastics to the soil in the landfill and any water passing through it.
What the article seems to be saying is in the recycling process the release of microplastics happens faster due to the methods used to break down plastic items to material that can go back into plastic productions. Those methods use water and the microplastics are released in the recycling waste water. Is that it?

I have a friend who is a HS teacher. The system, of course, is run top to bottom by women, but there is an unspoken rule that when there is trouble, the male teachers have to handle it. He says that the women have an uncanny ability to arrive just as the men get things under control, assume command, and declare victory for themselves.
You have to wonder how long this charade will continue.
