A 36-year-old Singaporean man died after encountering difficulties during a triathlon event in Portugal on Oct 15. The man, identified by Chinese daily Lianhe Zaobao as Mr Derrick Tee, was participating in the Ironman Portugal-Cascais race. Cascais is a coastline town in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. The news of Nash’s death was initially broken by a reporter from Fightful.com, who also had a statement from the family regarding their son’s death. “On behalf of Kevin and Tamara Nash, I have to unfortunately report that their son Tristen Nash has tragically passed away at the age of 26,” reads the statement. “Tristen recently started working on Kevin’s new podcast and the two enjoyed their time together. The Nash family asks if you could please respect their privacy during this time.” No official cause of death has been given to the press.
