LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - A busload of John Kerry supporters from Washington, D.C., was waving Kerry/Edwards placards Saturday in Penn Square. Teams of volunteers from a Democrat-leaning national organization are knocking on doors in the city. And some voters can expect to find a soap opera star on their front steps Monday, asking them to vote for President George W. Bush and U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter.
