He was convicted of accepting money in exchange for incarcerating thousands of adults and children into a prison facility owned by a developer who was paying him under the table. A U.S. district judge, today, Sept. 13, declared that Congress exceeded its authority under the Constitution when it required all Americans to buy health insurance under Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act i.e. ObamaCare. Christopher C.
