Stephen Paddock had his sights set on Lollapalooza in Chicago and even booked 2 rooms in a hotel that overlooked the massive outdoor venue ... TMZ has learned. Paddock booked one room for August 1, 2017, 2 days before the August 3 kickoff. Paddock then booked a second room for an August 3 arrival. Both rooms had an August 6 checkout .. that's when Lollapalooza ended. The hotel directly overlooked the main stage as well as several adjoining stages. It also overlooks the main entrance and exit where thousands of people file through. And the hotel had a bird's-eye view...

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--Las Vegas Police Department Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said on Wednesday night the man responsible for the largest mass-shooting in America's history was also heavily armed with explosive chemicals. Sheriff Lombardo stated Stephen Paddock, responsible for the deaths of 58 people and over 480 injured during Sunday night's Las Vegas shooting, also had large amounts of ammonium nitrate and tannerite in his vehicle outside the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

Las Vegas Strip mass murderer Stephen Paddock used his Mandalay Bay hotel room to spray massive aviation fuel tanks with bullets Sunday night, a knowledgeable source told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The bullets left holes, but did not penetrate the two circular white tanks, sparing the nearby Route 91 Harvest country music festival from a potentially massive explosion, the source said Wednesday. The tanks are roughly 1,100 feet from the concert site, where Paddock killed 58 people and wounded almost 500.

Stephen Paddock, the gunman who rained bullets on the Route 91 Harvest festival on Sunday night, rented a room overlooking the Life is Beautiful festival in downtown Las Vegas a week earlier, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo said Wednesday. Lombardo said that Paddock, 64, of Mesquite rented the room at the Ogden during the festival, which ran from Sept. 22-24, via the Airbnb room-sharing site. He said investigators had not yet determined whether Paddock was engaged in “pre-surveillance” of the music and art event. “We don’t know yet,” he said of Paddock’s presence in the hotel.

    Fox News ^ | Oct. 05, 2017
The Las Vegas gunman behind the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history spent decades stockpiling guns and living a “secret life” that investigators may never be able to fully understand, police say. Clark County, Nev., Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said Wednesday that it was only logical to “make the assumption” that Stephen Paddock had “some help at some point” in pulling off Sunday's massacre. As evidence, Lombardo pointed to gunman Paddock’s huge arsenal, explosive materials found in his car and his meticulous planning. “What we know is Stephen Paddock is a man who spent decades acquiring weapons and ammo and...

Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock has been described as a brilliant man who had an intimate knowledge of the second amendment and a room dedicated to his guns, according to a friend. The Australian man, who wanted to remain anonymous, had multiple encounters with Paddock between 2013 and 2015 after he started dating his girlfriend's sister. snip As investigators reconstruct the life and recent activities of Paddock in a bid to work out a motive, details keep emerging that suggest the gunman's mental health had deteriorated on the months prior to the massacre. Paddock had reportedly experienced significant weight loss...

STEPHEN Paddock could have spent more than 20 years plotting his devastating attack on innocent people in Las Vegas, police have revealed. Officials also believe Paddock may not have acted alone. Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said: “At face value he had to have some help at some point and we want to ensure that that’s the answer “Maybe he was a superhuman who figured this out all on his own but it would be hard for me to believe that.” Police confirmed the shooter “meticulously” planned his strike on the Route 91 Harvest Festival from his vantage points in the Mandalay...

As authorities pick apart the life of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock, they have come across one major thread of suspicious behavior: how he handled his money. In the last three years alone, more than 200 reports about Paddock’s activities, particularly large transactions at casinos, have been filed with law enforcement authorities, ABC News was told. While some of the reports centered around "suspicious activity," most were "currency transaction reports," which casinos are required to file with the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network when a person withdraws or deposits more than $10,000 in cash.

LAS VEGAS -- FBI agents questioned the Las Vegas gunman's girlfriend on Wednesday as they struggled to get inside the mind of Stephen Paddock, a frustratingly opaque figure who carried out his high-rise massacre without leaving the plain-sight clues often found after major acts of bloodshed. Three days after Paddock gunned down 59 people, Marilou Danley was interviewed at the FBI's office in Los Angeles and had her attorney with her, according to a law enforcement official who was not authorized to discuss the case publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.

Guitarist Caleb Keeter got a lot of press yesterday. His tweet confessing his switch on the Second Amendment was popular with the anti-gun crowd, and I wrote here yesterday that I understood where something like that can come from. It’s true. I do understand where something like that can come from. The question we have to ask, though, is did it? These are hardly the tweets of an ardent defender of the Second Amendment by any stretch of the imagination. If you look at the date on these tweets, they come from the aftermath of another horrific shooting, the Newtown...

Deinstitutionalization: How Does It Affect You Today? What Is the Real Cause of Mass Shootings Today? By Kimberly Amadeo Updated July 11, 2017 Definition: Deinstitutionalization is a government policy that moved mental health patients out of state-run "insane asylums" into federally funded community mental health centers. It began in the 1960s as a way to improve treatment of the mentally ill while also cutting government budgets. In 1955, the number peaked at 558,000 patients or 0.03 percent of the population. If the same percentage of the population were institutionalized today, that would be 750,000 mentally ill people. That's more than...

Room service receipts from the Las Vegas shooter's stay at the Mandalay Bay resort and casino reveal his insatiable appetite - and raise questions about the official timeline of the massacre. A man who works at the Mandalay Bay posted a receipt to Facebook Tuesday night, claiming that he served Paddock in his suite on the 32nd floor of the hotel. The receipt shows that on September 27, Paddock ordered a large meal to his room including a burger, a bagel, potato soup, a bottle of water and two Pepsis. Four days later, Paddock used the same room to open...
  • 16 Unanswered Questions About The Las Vegas Shooting That The Media Doesn’t Want To Talk About

The public is not being told the truth about what really went down in Las Vegas. As you will see below, the evidence is mounting that there were multiple shooters and that this was an operation that was planned well in advance. But according to the mainstream media, a 64-year-old retired accountant with a flabby physique that had no military training whatsoever and that wasn’t very experienced with guns was able to pull the whole thing off all by himself. We are being told that Paddock was a “lone wolf” that didn’t have any ties to terror groups, and since...
