FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - Darrell Wayne Condit, younger brother of Rep. Gary Condit, was arrested Sunday for failing to appear in court in November to face a charge of possessing a fraudulent driver's license. The FBI issued the warrant for his arrest last week. Fort Lauderdale police found Condit, 50, at 9 a.m. in a bar on State Road 84, FBI Special Agent Paul Russell told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Condit was being held Sunday in Broward County jail.
