Former Vice President Joe Biden surged again to earn 40% support in the latest Morning Consult poll released Tuesday. The presidential primary front-runner had earned 30% support just two weeks ago, but his support increased to 36% in last week’s Morning Consult weekly tracking poll and appears to be increasing exponentially.
