That was not even at an office appointment two days before the killings, a Houston court hearing her retrial was told. Dr Mohammad Saeed, who treated Yates at a mental hospital for 24 days in April and May 2001, said today he nonetheless prescribed an anti-psychotic medication because Yates' husband said she had previously responded well to it.
