This morning the Defendants in The 134 PAC's voter intimidation lawsuit in Fort Worth, added Jane Nelson, the Texas Secretary of State, as a Cross-Defendant. These local activists, sued Secretary Nelson to keep Kamala Harris and Nicole Shanahan off the Presidential ballot in Texas because, they claim, neither of them are "natural born citizens" and therefore cannot appear on any state's ballot for the Presidential election. If Secretary Nelson does not remove them from the ballot, they also seek Secretary Nelson's removal from office, criminal prosecution and damages.

For years, before he won the Republican presidential nomination in 2016, Donald Trump was something like the spiritual leader of the Republican Party’s right-wing base. He earned his place in the hearts and minds of conservative voters by doing what most Republican politicians at the time refused to do: He attacked Barack Obama as a foreign interloper and openly questioned his right to serve as president of the United States.Birtherism made Trump a celebrity on the right. It made him a force to reckon with in the Republican Party. It made him so popular with Republican voters that, while fighting...

I want you to imagine this scenario. It is 2008, and this guy, Little Bobby, is 20-years-old. Little Bobby goes on the internet, and he discovers a sovereign citizen website, where he gets told that he does not need a driver’s license, car tags or auto insurance. The website has all kinds of legal stuff on it, like blurbs from SCOTUS cases, tidbits from the Uniform Commercial Code, and excerpts from Black’s Law Dictionary and The Rules of Federal Civil Procedure. Little Bobby falls for it hook, line and sinker. So, when Little Bobby gets pulled over by the police...

Kamala Harris may not be eligible to be President because her parents were in the USA on student visas (one expired!) when she was born, according to legal scholar Dr. John Eastman.

As thousands of Republican voters flocked to Milwaukee to officially declare former President Donald Trump as their nominee for the presidency, reporters and talking heads remain transfixed on what kind of vision Trump will lay out for a second administration. Unfortunately, we already know. Despite his best efforts to distance himself from Project 2025, Trump has made clear that his platform for a second turn as president will dismantle America's promise as a welcoming nation of possibility. No matter what he chooses to call it, he is committed to enacting disastrous immigration proposals that will set our country back for...

Democrat Senator Kamala Harris (CA) could be in for an unwelcome campaign surprise if she faces a constitutional eligibility challenge to her bid for the presidency.

None of the United States Presidents in the first 61 years of the nation’s existence were actually born in the country they led. The reason for this is simple enough: The first seven U.S. Presidents — George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, John Quincy Adams, and Andrew Jackson — were all born before 1776, and therefore before the United States was an independent nation. The first President who could actually claim to have been born a U.S. citizen was the country’s eighth President, Martin Van Buren. Van Buren was born in 1782 in Kinderhook, New York,...

Nikki Haley, the daughter of two non-citizens, is patently ineligible to serve as President or Vice President under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution The following analysis is a detailed response to critiques of an article I wrote earlier this month that garnered national attention, and was even Truthed by President Trump, shedding light on Nikki Haley’s ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. My article was published originally on my Substack and American Greatness, and was titled “The Constitution Absolutely Prohibits Nikki Haley From Being President Or Vice President.” By Paul Ingrassia As A...

American Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who served as managing editor of Reuters from 2011 to 2016, Paul Ingrassia, has reignited the fiery debate over what it means to be a “natural born citizen” under the U.S. Constitution—a debate with significant implications for potential presidential candidate Nikki Haley. Published on American Greatness, Mr. Ingrassia, a Law Clerk, a two-time Claremont Fellow, and a member of President Trump’s National Economic Council, meticulously examined the constitutional provision that has been at the heart of eligibility controversies involving political figures from John McCain to Kamala Harris. At the core of his argument is Article II,...

Laura Loomer, a die-hard Trump supporter, is taking a page out of Hillary Clinton’s playbook by going into full birther mode.'Nikki Haley Is An Anchor Baby Who Is Unqualified To Be US President,” an article posted to her website on Christmas Eve insists. Her piece argues that since her parents were Indian immigrants who didn’t become naturalized U.S. citizens until after her birth, Haley is an “anchor baby” with birthright citizenship and doesn’t qualify as a “natural born citizen."She shared her article on X/Twitter, and users promptly flagged it with a Community Note.NEW:@NikkiHaley Is An Anchor Baby Who Is Unqualified...

Vivek Ramaswamy is many things: graduate of Harvard and Yale, hedge-fund hotshot, biotech entrepreneur, author, and popular speaker at conservative functions, but Vivek Ramaswamy is not legally eligible to be president. This might come as a shock to many conservatives who seem to be drawn to the dashing young political ingenue, but shocking as it may be, it’s true, and patriotic Americans should stand by our constitutional standards, even when they go contrary to our own presidential preference. While it is not difficult to prove this fact, it is difficult to convince people to believe it and to be guided...

Trevor Sutcliffe @TrevorSutcliffe Vivek Ramaswamy is not legally eligible to be President. The natural born citizen clause predates the Fourteenth Amendment by several decades. He is a Fourteenth Amendment/Wong Kim Ark citizen, not a natural-born citizen. His campaign for the Presidency is illegitimate.

Politics in the Democratic Republic of Congo and the United States have something in common: efforts to knock formidable competitors for the presidency out of the race via state action. The Jewish Voice reports:A law barring the Democratic Republic of Congo’s only politician with Jewish roots – and the frontrunner in the African nation’s presidential race – from taking office has sparked outrage. The law, reintroduced to the African nation’s parliament in Kinshasa this week, would block Moise Katumbi from running because he doesn’t have two Congolese parents.Proof that this is not merely some concern over parentage comes from the fact that:The...

(Mar. 18, 2023) — The Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born citizen”. However, the term is not defined in the Constitution. Neither has a law or court ruling been made more exactly delineating the constraints of the term. The purpose of this post is not to re-hash the arguments about what “natural born citizen” means, but to outline a process that generates a legal standard for how it is enforced. The States are key to this process. This proposal is to have one or more states enforce via legislation the implementation of the requirement in their state,...

Eleanor Darragh, mother of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), was born in Delaware on Nov. 23, 1934, establishing her citizenship by birth–and, according to U.S. law, that of her son, even though he was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on Dec. 22, 1970. The Cruz for President campaign provided Breitbart News exclusively with the birth certificate.

Sen. Ted Cruz hadn’t been an official contender for the presidency of the United States for 12 hours before the questions started coming, even in the warm and welcoming cradle of a primetime interview before what should be the friendliest of conservative audiences. “You were born in Calgary, in Canada,” FOX News host Sean Hannity asked him, glancing into the camera for an apologetic chuckle. “Is there a birth certificate issue?” It’s a question that’s lurked around the edges of Cruz’s political profile ever since the junior senator gained enough notoriety to be mentioned as a presidential candidate. Google searches...

We use to argue over Obama's citizenship! Everyone settled on .. "His mamma was a US citizen" so he was eligible! Now, I ask you .. Kammel Toe Harris is born of two parents .. Not of US citizen parents ... why is no one talking about this? (Let me guess) To be clear: If Putin who every democrat is terrified of, came here with his pregnant wife and gave birth to the child .. could Putin take his child back to Russia? Of Course he could! The child cannot grow up and be our President Because he, (or she)...

provides that "Each house shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members...." Throughout the presidential election of 2020, Senator Kamala Harris was a member of the United States Senate. I believe that the Senate is "the judge" of all the "elections" and "returns" of then member Kamala Harris, even if she chooses to resign after their creation for any reason. As the Senate is "the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members", the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and even the United State Supreme Court have no judicial say whatsoever in any...

"Donald Trump's campaign lawyer promotes 'birther' conspiracy theory that Kamala Harris is NOT eligible to be VP because her parents were immigrants". The Trump campaign's Senior Legal Advisor Jenna Ellis pushed a so-called 'birther' narrative Thursday that Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be vice president because her parents weren't citizens when she was born in Oakland, California. 'It's an open question, and one I think Harris should answer so the American people know for sure she is eligible,' Ellis told ABC News. Ellis' views on the issue came to light after she retweeted a link to a 'birther' op-ed published...
