No, The Constitution Does Not Allow Children Born Of Non-Citizens To Become President Of The United States

Nikki Haley, the daughter of two non-citizens, is patently ineligible to serve as President or Vice President under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution

The following analysis is a detailed response to critiques of an article I wrote earlier this month that garnered national attention, and was even Truthed by President Trump, shedding light on Nikki Haley’s ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. My article was published originally on my Substack and American Greatness, and was titled “The Constitution Absolutely Prohibits Nikki Haley From Being President Or Vice President.”

By Paul Ingrassia

As A Threshold Matter, Nikki Haley, The Daughter Of Two Non-Citizens, Must Provie Proof That Her Parents Were Lawful Residents When She Was Born

As we head into the New Hampshire Republican primary, the presidential field has consolidated around three major candidates: Donald Trump, the frontrunner by wide margins, Nikki Haley, and Ron DeSantis. With Vivek Ramaswamy’s distant fourth place finish in Iowa and subsequent endorsement of the 45th President, Trump’s edge in New Hampshire looks insurmountable. Recent polling suggests that he commands an outright majority of all New Hampshire GOP voters, meaning that even if all the remaining candidates dropped out and rallied around a single challenger to Trump, their collective effort would still fail – without, perhaps, outside help from Democrats and Independents. With recent reports that Ron DeSantis’ War Room has been dissolved, and all the staff being laid off in the aftermath of Iowa’s disaster, it seems to have proven true Nikki Haley’s post-Iowa declaration that the Republican Primary has now become “a two person race.”

Given that Obama already violated this, why does the author believe it will be enforced in the future?

Probably technically correct. Will not go anywhere. Let’s not waste our time on this.

Given that Don Jr said “never say never” rather than “i’m not eligible” shows that he does not believe the “2 citizen parents at time of birth” argument.

Bring a valid lawsuit that the Supreme Court will have to eventually hear.

Let’s throw this on the pile of other things not to waste our time on - 1) pushing abortion elimination 2) prosecuting political criminals - perjurers to attack opponents 3)prosecuting medical criminals - the jab 4) prosecuting election fraud/defects 5) return to constitutional budgeting process
‘prosecute’ - whether it is in court or a political effort it needs to be done

That’s OK - we have other things to that are already a pile.

We are so far from the precepts of the Constitution today that any violation of it is a “meh” moment.

The National Archives should take it out of its nuke proof case and use it as a door mat. It would be more honest.

Not only were they not citizens, her mother was forced to leave the US when she was 12 as she had long overstayed her student visa.

Shymala moved her to Canada. That’s where the Vice President of the United States went to high school: Montreal.

She’s got a king sized chip on her shoulder for America over that. When she turned 21 she petitioned to have mommy come back: the definition of an anchor baby.

She has zero connection to this country, zero affinity for the citizenry of this country, zero allegiance to this country. She’s everything the Founders were trying to prevent from being in the top office of this country. Even if she were a natural born citizen, her meager “achievements” - screwing Willie Brown, social promotion to DA of SF, handed Barbara Boxer’s senate seat - wouldn’t get her anywhere near the White Hut. She’s there because NO ONE wants her in the Presidency. It’s comical to even think of it.

Nothing but a Wong Kim Ark “citizen”. Another travesty from the so-called “Supreme” court.

The Deep State makes up their own rules.

That means the Constitution does not apply to Nikita.

Guess I don’t understand the point of your comment. Was it sarcasm? I think we should definitely pursue those things.

The “natural born citizen” fight just won’t go anywhere though. Not with the courts. It is also a loser politically. In addition, Trump is going to be the Republican nominee. That’s basically inevitable now. So why create the distraction when we can fight the things that matter and where we can make some progress?

Just my opinion.
