LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas -- The Arkansas Supreme Court on Friday granted independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader a place on Arkansas' ballot for the November 2 general election. The court ruling overturned a circuit court judge's order to election officials that would have kept Nader's name off the ballot. Circuit Judge Timothy Fox, ruling in a lawsuit brought by the state Democratic Party, said the signatories who petitioned for Nader name to be on the ballot had not declared him as their candidate.
