According to a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice, released on August 12, 2019, “Today the government is unsealing charges against a friend of Connor Betts for allegedly lying on federal firearms forms.” The press release did not name Ethan Kollie, but he’s named in Montgomery County jail records.
