TUNISIAN CHILDREN’S MAGAZINE SHOWS KIDS HOW TO MAKE A MOLOTOV COCKTAIL ... Sadly not a misprint. Because that’s the first thing that’s on any kid’s mind, how to light someone else on fire. Kind of reminiscent of the Hamas’ kiddie program featuring mice and bunnies that incite children to commit acts of terrorism. So no folks, this is nothing new. RTNews: A Tunisian children’s magazine “Kaws Kouzah” has recently published a detailed step-by-step instruction of how to make a Molotov cocktail. Now the periodical is facing a lawsuit for endangering kids lives. The Tunisian Ministry for Women and Family Affairs...

By the late spring of 1945, Germany had lost a war, its honor and millions of dead. There was more to come. The Allies had decided that the country's east should be carved up between Poland and the Soviet Union and that its German inhabitants should be moved to the truncated Reich. There they would encounter Sudeten Germans, Czechoslovakia's second largest ethnic group, now also scheduled for deportation. In August 1945, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Soviet Union agreed at Potsdam that these transfers, which had in any case already begun, should be "orderly and humane."

Police say they are questioning a man in connection to the death of a New York City woman set on fire in the elevator of her apartment building. New York Police Department spokesman Paul Browne said Sunday that the 47-year-old man went into a police precinct a couple of miles from where the attack happened in Brooklyn and said he had started a fire. Authorities say the man has made statements implicating himself and came in overnight reeking of gasoline. He hasn't been charged. The unidentified man was waiting for the woman, who was in her 60s, when the elevator...

According to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, 3,500 acres in southern Arizona have now been closed to U.S. citizens because of the dangers posed in that area from Mexican drug smugglers. The area includes part of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. Refuge manager Mitch Ellis told Fox News: “The situation in this zone has reached a point where continued public use of the area is not prudent.” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said: “It’s literally out of control. We need support from the federal government. It’s their job to secure the border and they haven’t done it. In...

Abdul Hakim Bilal had been at his Woodbury Circle home for about 10 minutes early Thursday when the Molotov cocktail burst through an upstairs window. The beer bottle, stuffed with a flaming, gasoline-soaked rag, ignited part of a curtain and charred the living room's wood floor but remained intact. Bilal, his 19-year-old sister, Taheerah, and their 13-year-old brother — the only people home at the time, about 2:20 a.m. — called 911, ran outside and waited for firefighters. Taheerah Bilal called their father, who was at work in Enfield. Soon afterward, Abdul Haleem Bilal arrived home to a crime scene....

CALEXICO - U.S. Border Patrol officials confirmed Tuesday the man who was shot near the Mexican border on the west side of Calexico died at El Centro Regional Medical Center, where he was transferred after the incident. The man, whose identity and legal status in the United States has yet to be determined, was shot once with an M-4 assault rifle, which is a condensed version of an M-16, Border Patrol Agent David Kim said. An M-4 is one of three standard-issue service weapons provided to agents by the Border Patrol. Kim said agents saw the man, along with a...

In the early hours of September 1, 1939, the military might of Nazi Germany was set loose on Poland. As Panzer divisions crossed the Polish-German border, the German air force began its devastating rain of death on Warsaw and other Polish cities. On September 3, Britain and France declared war on Germany. On September 17, the Soviet Red Army invaded Poland from the east and met up with the German forces at the city of Brest-Litovsk. MOSCOW, April 13 (RIA Novosti commentator Tatiana Sinitsyna) - "We shall not revise history of the Great Patriotic War, whomever such revision might please. However, historians have stocked up enough facts to offer an updated argumentation to the events of that time. Mind you, I don't mean their new treatment or evaluation," said Nikolai Nikiforov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Military History under Russia's Defense Ministry. He was addressing a Novosti news conference on the upcoming 60th V-E Day anniversary. Victory in World War II was "among principal symbolic landmarks of the 20th century", he stressed-no matter that people...

Police and the Philadelphia fire marshal are investigating an incident in which an incendiary device -- or "Molotov cocktail" -- was thrown through a window of a North Philadelphia campaign office of Republican mayoral candidate Sam Katz. But the investigation may be hampered, since the bottle was discarded by a campaign volunteer, who didn't realize what it was. The device came through the front window sometime overnight, after a heated argument between the building's owner, Louis Harris, and a companion of Mayor Street's son Sharif -- later identified by a neighbor as Joey Temple. A spokesman for the Fire Department...

Police said the site where the devices were found was an area near 11th and Howard that had been traversed several times by a rather violent group demonstrators during Thursday's protests.
