You folks would consider me a liberal, and I am not embarrassed at the label. I certainly believe in a safety net for society and helping minorites who otherwise would not be given opportunities. Public schools with diverse student populations are far more likely than those with homogeneous populations to be labeled as failing under President Bush's education law, according to a new California study.
