    You would think that military professionals would rely on something other than Google Maps in determining where countries have their borders. However, down in Central America, there's apparently been something of an international incident, after a Nicaraguan military commander, using Google Maps as his guide, brought his troops into Costa Rica. He insists that he was just following what Google Maps said, and that he never intended to go into the neighboring country.     Although the Obama Administration insists there is no spillover violence from the brutal turf wars among the Mexican drug cartels, local U.S. law enforcement along the border respectfully disagree. In the latest incident two men were murdered on Thursday in Brownsville, TX, and one of the victims has been identified as Omar Castillo Flores who is the younger brother of former reputed Gulf cartel members Alberto "Beto Fabe" Castillo Flores and Oscar "El Apache" Castillo Flores as reported by The Brownsville Herald.
