It may seem expedient at the moment for Senators to posture for the benefit of 'The New York Times' editorial board and to the American civil Liberties Union...The real question that should be asked at the present judiciary hearings: DID THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION ENGAGE IN SUFFICIENT SURVEILLANCE ....NOT TOO MUCH ?
