These two young men in this video interview have been victimized by a high school principal that should be brought up on charges of treason. The pricipal's reaction to these young men wearing an American flag shirt is attrocious. However, it's OK to wear the flag of the cesspool of the Americas, Mexico. Take a look:

Challenges to Arizona's tough new law targeting illegal immigration have started to emerge, with a Latino clergy group planning to file the first lawsuit seeking to halt enforcement of the crackdown and others aiming to block the law at the ballot box. The National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders says it will file suit Thursday in Phoenix federal court, the first of several lawsuits expected in coming months. A draft of the complaint obtained by The Associated Press shows the coalition will seek an injunction preventing authorities from enforcing the law. The group argues federal law pre-empts state...

I heard a caller tell Rush Limbaugh that he was a Green Card holder and that when he received his card he also received a packet of information which contained instructions for him to have his Card with him at all times. So, my question is: Isn't the Obama administration guilty of Nazi like tactics also?

United we stand, divided we rule. At least, that appears to be the motto of our President. While violence spills over the border with Mexico, Obama is more concerned with the mid-term elections. He refuses to address the gaping holes in our borders and the thousands of illegals that are committing crimes on our streets, but he has time to produce a video urging Democrats to maintain their grip on the House and Senate. In the two-minute and 42-second video released Monday, Obama emphasizes that, "It will be up to each of you to make sure that the young people,...

It`s gut check time for the Obama administration and the Congress. Senator Lindsey Graham and Senator Chuck Schumer in New York have drafted the outline for an immigration bill which calls for illegal immigrants to admit, number one, that they broke the law. They`d have to pay a fine, along with back taxes, and perform community service if they want to move towards legal status in the country.... At the same time, we need to come together and grant some sort of amnesty for these 10 to 20 -- how many of them are -- undocumented workers already here in...

About 271,000 Mexican immigrants have slipped into poverty in the US, Spanish banking giant BBVA said in a report. It said between the fourth quarter of 2008 and the same period last year, 'the number of workers of Mexican origin with jobs decreased by approximately 560,000'. For that reason, the number of workers of Mexican origin who are currently unemployed increased to about 1.8 million, 'of whom around 51 percent are immigrants', according to the report Saturday. The bank said 60 percent of the jobs lost in the US last year were from the construction and commerce sectors, while in...
  • VANITY: Is "Las Chicas de Moda" an appropriate name for a school chorus for girls?

Hi all. My 11 year old daughter has joined the girls chorus at her school. The chorus just decided its name will be "Las Chicas de Moda." My daughter doesn't like the name. She wanted it to be "Voces Scholasticae" (Latin for School Voices). Question: does this name sound inapproriate? To me it sounds slutty. I've told her teacher we don't like the name but they are pretty much saying it's a done deal (the first concert just happened). Any thoughts/comments/suggestions/linguistic or cultural analysis of "Las Chicas de Moda" would be great!

Dividing land with Palestinians or returning it to Mexicans? Politically-correct justice of Obama wants violation of the territorial integrity of Israel, but no violation of the territorial integrity of the US By Julio Severo Barack Obama is the man of inclusivity, plurality and diversity. What does it mean? It means that he respects the politically-correct ideology above traditions, morality and Christianity itself, which is an inseparable and undeniable part of the founding of the United States. PC ideology commands Obama to remind in his speeches the Islamic participation in the building of the US. Even though that participation was insignificant,...

Geraldo Rivera on Thursday lambasted Lou Dobbs for the outspoken CNN host's views concerning illegal immigration. Speaking at a luncheon sponsored by El Diario La Prensa NY, Rivera disgracefully said, "Lou Dobbs is almost single-handedly responsible for creating, for being the architect of the young-Latino-as-scapegoat for everything that ails this country." Rivera also told the audience that he had spoken to his boss, and was assured Dobbs was not coming to Fox (video embedded below the fold with partial transcript): CLICK ABOVE LINK FOR THE VIDEO "One of the aspects of our reality in the United States now is the...

EL CENTRO, Calif. (AP) - Esteban Contreras had a bad feeling when his daughter and her husband said they were going to sneak across the border with their children. He remembers telling his son-in-law: "You're going to put your children's lives in danger. You're going to put your wife's life in danger, your own life." "He replied that he found a good smuggler, that everything would be all right, nothing would happen," Contreras said Friday in an interview with The Associated Press.

A new survey by Zogby International finds that people in Mexico think that granting legal status to illegal immigrants in the United States would encourage more illegal immigration to the United States. As the top immigrant-sending country for both legal and illegal immigrants, views on immigration in Mexico can provide insight into the likely impact of an amnesty, as well as other questions related to immigration. Among the findings: * A clear majority of people in Mexico, 56 percent, thought giving legal status to illegal immigrants in the United States would make it more likely that people they know would...

Democrats are still not satisfied with my former colleague Joe Wilson’s apology after he shouted “You lie!” when Obama claimed in his address to Congress that “There are also those who claim that our reform efforts would insure illegal immigrants. This, too, is false. The reforms I'm proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally.” Last night, they disciplined him with a formal resolution of disapproval for his violation of what Nancy Pelosi’s spokesman calls the “House rules of decorum.” Whether or not he breached House decorum, Joe’s actions were both true and effective. Obama admitted as much...

Border Crackdown Makes Farming in U.S. Forests Attractive; Cartel Links Suspected Marijuana growers, many believed to be affiliated with Mexican drug cartels, are aggressively expanding their illegal farming operations in the U.S., clearing land to plant pot in dozens of national forests from coast to coast. Illicit cannabis farms on public land first sprang up in California more than a decade ago and remain a serious problem in that state. But in the past two years, the U.S. Forest Service has documented a rapid expansion of the practice. Authorities have discovered pot farms in 61 national forests across 16 states...
