Far left Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on Tuesday charged her former Republican foe Attorney Matthew DePerno for daring to look at a Dominion voting machine following the 2020 presidential election. This is now against the law in Democrat-run Michigan. Nessel previously appointed a special counsel to investigate her Republican opponent Deperno just weeks before the general election. Nessel has made threats against Matthew DePerno since last year before the midterm elections. MLive reported: Former republican attorney general candidate Matt DePerno and ex-state Rep. Daire Rendon are facing criminal charges for their alleged role in a scheme to access voting...

Dana Nessel’s office is attempting to accuse Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno of gaining illegal and unauthorized access to a MI voting tabulator. The investigation, in which Nessel falsely attempts to tie to DePerno, involves a tabulator that was given by the Roscommon clerk to another MI attorney to be reviewed after the clerk became suspicious of the 2020 election results. The tabulator was taken to Oakland County, where an examination was allegedly performed, and the results were shared with Matt DePerno, who used the report to bolster his case in Antrim County. On December 14, 2020, Matt DePerno shared the...

Michigan attorney Matthew DePerno, on behalf of plaintiff William Bailey, files a motion [pdf available here] with Judge Kevin Eslenheimer for reconsideration of prior rulings given the nature of new evidence discovered by the legal team in Antrim County. The 42-page brief contains new findings within the data forensics of the county. Two larger items include the remote log-on of the system by someone anonymous who was not at the election office. The implication is that the system was connected to the internet; and the user did not have to enter identifying credentials for their entries. The second larger item...

A lawyer who has been fighting for an accurate review of the 2020 presidential election results in Antrim County, Michigan, went on social media this week to charge the election system there was accessed by an anonymous user – remotely – days after the election. Lawyer Matthew DePerno previously said the evidence appears to show the machines could have been accessed remotely through the internet, and there existed software in the machines that would have allowed manipulation of the results.

The county clerk immediately knew something strange was going on last fall. A mail ballot had arrived from Suzanne Morphew — a woman missing since May. “There’s posters all over our town,” said Lori Mitchell, the clerk and recorder in Chaffee County, a Colorado community of about 20,000 rocked by Morphew’s disappearance last Mother’s Day. “Constant things in the news about her. There’s people at the grocery store passing out fliers.” The ballot didn’t have Morphew’s signature as required, Mitchell said. But someone had signed on the “witness” line: The woman’s husband, Barry Morphew. “I was stunned,” Mitchell recalled. “I...

Antrim County attorney Matthew DePerno has been taking heavy flak for pushing for an audit of the 2020 election despite mainstream media silence on his blockbuster announcements. He gave us one such blockbuster on NOQ Report last week when he showed how a rogue program was present on Antrim County voting and tabulation machines. Then, this weekend brought strange developments to his story. First, he announced a bombshell coming up that was worthy of a press conference scheduled for today. Apparently someone is terrified by the prospects of the attorney revealing even more about voter fraud because his law office...

DePerno has received multiple threats over his fight to expose voter fraud in Antrim County, Michigan where over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the November election in a solidly RED county. On Friday evening, Matt DePerno’s law office was broken into. According to DePerno, the break-in took place in the late evening. Police were called to investigate the break-in and it was determined that nothing was stolen. The real question is, who broke into DePerno’s office and what were they looking for? On Monday, DePerno scheduled a press conference in Traverse City, MI at the VFW...

On Monday December 14, 2020, during an emergency hearing, MI 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer granted permission to Attorney Matthew Deperno to release the findings from their forensic examination on 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim County, MI where thousands of votes flipped from President Trump to Joe Biden on November 3, 2020.

The untold story of a battle to reveal the truth about Dominion voting machines is brewing in Michigan, and not surprisingly, it’s getting very little coverage by the mainstream media. In a solidly red county in northern Michigan where Trump banners, flags, and yard signs can be found in almost every front yard, voters woke up to discover Joe Biden had walloped President Trump, only to find out shortly later that Dominion voting machines flipped thousands of votes cast for Trump to his Democratic challenger Joe Biden. The media called it a “glitch” and blamed it on human error.
