CINCINNATI (Ticker) - Former Cincinnati Reds owner Marge Schott, whose rocky tenure featured a World Series title and a litany of controversial comments, died Tuesday. She was 75. Schott died at The Christ Hospital, where she had been hospitalized for several weeks due to a recent illness, the nature of which was not disclosed. A heavy smoker, Schott had been hospitalized on several occasions in recent years.
