CANTON The estranged wife of accused murderer Bobby L. Cutts Jr. filed for divorce today. Kelly R. Cutts filed a complaint in Stark County Family Court and asked for a restraining order, court records show. She and Bobby Cutts married July 28, 2001, and separated in May 2004. Bobby Cutts stands accused of killing girlfriend Jessie M. Davis and her unborn baby. Family member say Cutts was the father of the baby and a second child, 2-year-old Blake. The divorce case has been assigned to Judge David E. Stucki.
